Tide Cleaners services a wide range of commercial linens and textiles, including (but not limited to): bed linens, table linens, towels, napkins, robes, aprons, uniforms, chef coats, bar mops, comforters, gym and pool towels, spa linens, healthcare linens, and specialty items used in hospitality, fitness, medical, and food service environments.
Tide Cleaners in DFW offers both options. Some businesses prefer our linen rental program, where we provide and maintain the inventory for you, ensuring you always have clean items without the need for upfront capital or managing replacement stock. Other businesses choose Customer Owned Goods (COG), where you purchase your own linens and we pick up, clean, and return them. This allows you to maintain full control over quality, brand aesthetic, and long-term costs. Yes, Tide Cleaners offers pickup and delivery services to all of our commercial clients. Our regular route network covers most of DFW and the outlying suburbs. Special arrangements can be made for businesses needing service outside our regular route network.
Yes. We will not send you a proposal without first working with you to scope your needs and ensure you are set up for success. We don’t surprise our clients. Our pricing is simple and completely transparent.
Tide Cleaners operates seven processing centers across the metroplex, giving us multiple points of redundancy and allowing us to service our customers from the most geographically convenient location. We’ve learned it’s best to be close to our clients. All of our processing centers meet the strict requirements of a Tide Franchisee and are subject to inspection and assessment every six months.
Every client is unique. Turnaround times vary by client and need. We will work with you during onboarding to create a delivery schedule that meets your operational and budget needs. Most clients receive service twice a week, but there are also clients we visit daily and those we visit once a week. One thing you can count on is timely and professional communication when your needs change, and you have an urgent need for clean linens.
Quality is where we shine. We are not the cheapest option you will find, but we believe we are the highest quality. Our small batch processing methods allow us to be meticulous in ensuring that your linens are cleaned to your satisfaction. Every piece is inspected for quality before it is packaged and put on a truck. Our goal is that you never have to pick up the phone and call us about quality.
At Tide Cleaners our sales team works hand in hand with our account management team to walk you through the onboarding phase. We have refined our onboarding process over countless installs, and we are proud of the white glove approach we have adopted. You will be introduced to your account manager and welcomed to the Tide Cleaners family with a gift box from us. We’ll coordinate all aspects of the transition and ensure we do everything we can to mitigate your risk. We'll also sequence the transition to avoid the potential for an uncooperative vendor to disrupt your business.
Tide Cleaners offers personal, local support. You will consistently speak with team members who know your business and your needs. We do not rely on a 1-800 call center. Drivers and staff are measured on your satisfaction, not invoice size. You can reach out directly to your dedicated contacts whenever you have questions or issues, and we will respond quickly and personally.
No problem. We know these needs arise, and we are ready to do everything we can to service you with a “hot-shot” during your time of need. Just call, email, or text your account manager, and if it’s physically possible, we’ll get you taken care of. We do charge a nominal fee for hot-shots.
