Conner Allen
Conner’s journey to commercial linens began in Texas’ Hill Country as the son of a pastor and grandson of a football coach, where early experiences in leadership and problem-solving shaped his path. After winning a state championship in Dallas, playing football at SMU, and graduating from Texas A&M, he coached and built an outdoor education company he has run for over 11 years. He joined Tide Cleaners nearly three years ago, drawn to the opportunity to grow a business while building meaningful relationships and serving others. As an Account Executive, he focuses on helping clients solve real problems and creating trusted, lasting partnerships. Outside of work, he enjoys chasing elk out West, fishing redfish, floating Texas rivers, and spending time in Fort Worth.
John Cone
At first glance, John Cone’s background doesn’t look like a typical path into the laundry industry, but his unconventional journey shapes his approach today. He went to TCU to pursue college baseball, later worked for the team and helped start a nationally ranked pickleball club, and studied sports broadcasting before roles in Christian camps, software sales, and leading a team serving thousands of young adults each week. He entered the laundry industry with a mission to show that essential services like clean linens can create meaningful impact for both customers and employees. As an Account Executive, he brings energy, pride, and a focus on serving the community alongside his team. Outside of work, he competes in golf, bowling, pickleball, and chess, enjoys hunting, and is especially passionate about a veteran-focused nonprofit he co-founded.
Erica Parker
Erica Parker is a valued member of the Commercial Account Management team at Tide Cleaners, where she partners with clients to deliver a service experience worth raving about. She believes clients should focus on growing their businesses, not worrying about linen management, and takes pride in being a trusted partner who helps make that possible. Originally from the DFW area, she earned her marketing degree from the University of Arkansas before returning to Texas with a desire to serve others in her work. Joining Tide Cleaners felt like a natural fit, allowing her to live out that purpose alongside a team committed to excellence and exceptional service. Outside of work, Erica enjoys spending time in the kitchen, where cooking has become a creative outlet and a way to bring joy to friends and family.
Lyle Lundy brings more than 20 years of industry experience and deep Texas roots to his role as a Relationship Manager on the Commercial Team. Born in Big Spring and raised in Mabank, he built his career on hard work, relationships, and serving customers well. After a decade as a pharmaceutical representative, he entered the laundry industry in 2005, purchasing and growing a linen and dry-cleaning business serving hotel and medical clients into a 200-employee operation before eventually selling it. He later owned and operated additional dry-cleaning businesses and held the Tide Cleaners franchise for the DFW market before joining Turns. Today, he focuses on growing the business and building long-term partnerships. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his wife and four children and, when time allows, can be found on the golf course.
Lyle Lundy
If you look at Patrick’s resume, you might wonder how he ended up as CEO of a laundry company, and he’ll tell you it’s been a wild ride. After graduating with honors from the U.S. Naval Academy and earning his master’s from the University of Texas at Austin, he built a career as a submarine officer, architectural project manager, software executive, banker, and even roofer. That wide range of experience shaped his ability to lead teams and solve problems in just about any environment. He is deeply committed to the idea that clean linens can “give life” to customers and coworkers, and he takes pride in the team delivering on that promise. Outside of work, he’s focused on his most important role: keeping up with his five kids, usually outdoors hiking, golfing, or playing wiffle ball.

Harrison Tomlinson
Harrison Tomlinson, a self-described “recovering accountant,” transitioned from public accounting into sales and has since built a career focused on practical, results-driven work across finance, operations, and sales. Born and raised in Dallas, he is drawn to businesses where execution matters more than theory, and at Tide Cleaners he partners with operators to simplify laundry so it becomes effortless and invisible, freeing them to focus on running and growing their businesses. Guided by Tide’s mission to “take laundry, give life,” he emphasizes consistency, trust, and making everyday operations more predictable and stress-free. Outside of work, Harrison is a devoted girl dad to two daughters with his wife, and in his free time he enjoys fly fishing, endurance challenges, and spending time outdoors whenever he can.
